I am Romain Bouchard, ‘vigneron’ in Chablis. In parallel to my activity with my brother Damien and father Pascal at Domaine Pascal Bouchard (33 hectares), I have taken over the ‘Domaine de la Grande Chaume” in 2006. This is a 3,38 hectares domaine with Chablis Premier Cru Vau de Vey and Chablis vineyards. In 2007 I have started the conversion to organic viticulture and planted some a new vineyard of Petit Chablis. All my wines are now officially organic certified.
